Who we are
Meet the Sweet Team Behind The Cinnabus
We're a husband and wife duo who met in culinary school and turned our love for food, and each other, into something special: The Cinnabus, a cinnamon roll food truck serving homemade, handcrafted cinnamon rolls with heart.
By day, we’re a teacher and a cafeteria manager. By night (and weekends), we’re rolling dough, baking with love, and chasing our dream, side by side. We’re also proud parents to three amazing daughters who inspire us daily to work hard and create joy.
Running The Cinnabus is truly a labor of love. We work seamlessly together and genuinely enjoy the time we spend on and off the bus. Whether it’s testing new flavors, greeting customers, or sharing laughs in the kitchen, we’re grateful to be doing what we love—together.
